Nylon Tether Line suitable for 3ft Latex Balloons. (100m spool) - 25lb. Test Rated.

Once you have knotted the 3ft balloon using the neck itself, attach the nylon tether line below the knot so as not to damage the 3ft balloon.

ALWAYS layout tether lines completely on the ground first, before inflating your balloon, to ensure that there are no faults or weaknesses with the line.
