250 metre spool of Metallic Red Balloon Ribbon for foil & latex balloons. 5mm width.
Not suitable for 3ft or larger balloons as tether line, but can be added to nylon line as decoration.

Use the neck of the latex balloon to tie a knot in itself, then attach your balloon ribbon below the knot so as not to damage the balloon neck. Metallic Red Balloon Ribbon for tying balloons and decorating.
