• Jelli Number Balloons from Northstar have a translucent pastel ombre front with a silver back.
• Pack includes one flat Jelli Number 4 Mini-Foil Balloon (16" Air) with straw for inflating with air and a self-sealing valve, which can be re-inflated as required.
• The Mini-Foil Balloon has eyelets at the top so once filled with air it can be hung from nylon tether line horizontally or 5mm curling ribbon as required. Nylon Line sold separately.
• Inflated Size: 6 inch x 14 inch (15cm x 35cm) manufactured by Northstar Balloons
• Inflate the foil balloon with air at room-temperature. Once inflated with air, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. Excessive inflation could cause the balloon to burst.
