Before submitting the request please check your email or spam folders, as you will have been sent an email advising the date of despatch and the delivery carrier.
If your order has been despatched by Courier, you will have received a Tracking email with tracking information to use so please contact them directly to trace your delivery progress.
If despatched by Royal Mail CLICK4 may only have limited tracking advice to offer, so please look for 'Calling Cards' or check any 'Leave Safe' location you may have specified. Orders will return to the local Royal Mail Delivery Office after one unsuccesful attempt and they will hold it for 15 days before returning to us. If you decide to check at their office in person (telephone will not resolve the issue unless you have a calling card) then give you delivery name and address, and ask them to check in their holding area for your consignment. Items not called for generate a £3.95 return fee and items returning via the couriers generate £12.95 return fee.
Once submitted check your email periodically for our response so please make sure the email address given is live and accurate. (Check Spam Folders as sometimes our emails get incorrectly flagged by ISP's) - Requests will only be responded to by email.
