Sold individually flat (packaged). Made of Tissue Paper. Ribbon & Weight pictured not included.

Easy to attach with peel & stick tab supplied.

Approx. 34 inch length x 6 inch width. The supplied length is perfect for Bubble Balloons, Large Foil Balloons, 2ft and 3ft Latex Balloons. The Balloon Tail can be trimmed easily and will need to be done for smaller foil balloons (18-20 inch) and Orbz, as the supplied length will be too heavy for the balloon and will reduce lift.
