  • 14" Mini Foil Balloon sold flat (unpackaged) suitable for air filling only.
  • Price shown is for 1 x balloon only and does not include accessories.
  • The valve is not self-sealing and so the Microfoil Heat Sealer is required to seal the balloon once filled with air.
  • Once filled with air and sealed correctly the small foil balloon can be attached to a stick (see Perma Stick and Perma Cup or White Balloon Saddle Sticks in related products) below, or used as a cake topper or really anything as you like!
