As we are not an open warehouse, customers wishing to collect orders from Click4 must have an online order placed prior to arrival. Once you have added your selections to your shopping cart, please call 01494 723041 or use the Helpdesk to request the Promo Code that you will need to enter into the Shopping Cart to remove any delivery charge. This will then allow you to proceed to Payment. When asked for a delivery date in the Checkout, please enter the date you would like to collect (sorry for the confusion). Collections can be made Mon-Fri 10am - 5pm but must have an online order placed first as we are not an Open Warehouse for browsing.
Online orders can be paid using credit or debit card or Paypal. We are unable to accept Cheques from collection customers. Cash is accepted, so if you wish to pay 'cash on arrival' then place your order online and in Checkout Order Notes enter 'cash' and then press the final payment option BACS (this submits the order without needing an online payment).
Collection orders are picked first on the day required and so are available for collection anytime from 10am onwards weekdays. Please see opening times below. Simply arrive with your order confirmation number which will be issued by email at the point of order.
All goods in our warehouse are viewable online. We are sorry but we are not able to assist walk-in customers who have not placed their order in advance either online or by telephone. This is because we are not an 'open warehouse' set-up for browsing. If you have placed an advance order and would like to add items prior to arrival, this can be accomodated subject to stock availability. Amendments to collection orders cannot be made on arrival. Customers will be required to return the nextday.
